danja: may help in situations where RDF files are loosely associated with document copyrights but no-one's actually sure what the license for the data is, as cropped up in IRC
timbl: Seems to be share-alike: "provided that You cause any Derived Work that you distribute or publish, that in whole or part contains or is derived from the Initial Data or any part thereof to be licenced as a whole to all third parties under the terms of this Licence" -- means that you can only distribute it specifically under the Talis licence?
